Hey O's fans! The Baltimore Orioles clinched a thrilling 3-2 victory over the Oakland Athletics in what turned out to be a nail-biting game from start to finish. Let’s dive into the highlights.

The Orioles wasted no time, getting on the scoreboard right in the first inning. Gunnar Henderson singled to center and later scored on a throwing error by A's catcher, Shea Langeliers.

The bats were alive in the second inning! Jordan Westburg doubled to left, followed by a double from Austin Hays, bringing Westburg home.
Colton Cowser walked, and a bit of patience at the plate saw a walk from Adley Rutschman that brought Hays home. This elevated the score to 3-1 in our favor.

Our defense held strong as Sam Hader and company shut down Oakland’s attempts to close the gap. Striking out batters and keeping them from making significant plays showcased why we're a top team.

Langeliers hit a homer in the 7th inning to narrow the gap to 3-2. The tension was palpable, but we kept our cool. The bullpen duo of Yennier Cano and Craig Kimbrel held firm, ensuring no further damage was done.
Closing It Out
Into the 9th inning, Ramón Urías led with a ground rule double but was rather unfortunately out at home in a rundown. Our defense brought their A-game in the bottom of the 9th with Kimbrel striking out two batters to seal the deal.
