First Run in the 3rd Inning
After a pitcher’s duel for the first two innings, the 3rd inning was when we broke the stalemate. With Jose Siri getting on base with a single, followed by Dylan Carlson's single, moving Siri to third. Brandon Lowe came through with a sacrifice fly to right, allowing Siri to score, putting us up 1-0.Adding an Insurance Run in the 7th
In the 7th inning, Taylor Walls singled to right and then stole second. Thanks to an errant throw by the catcher, Walls advanced to third. Dylan Carlson grounded out to second, but it was enough to bring Walls home and extend our lead to 2-0. Every run matters and this one certainly gave us some breathing room!
Pitching Performance
Our pitching was lights out today! From start to finish, we had the Red Sox batters tied up in knots. The duo of Littell and Uceta was dominant, and Cleavinger came in and sealed the win with a perfect 9th inning, ensuring there was no late drama. Hats off to our pitchers for delivering such a strong performance!
