Tigers Dominate with a 10-1 Victory Over Guardians! 
What a fantastic game for the Detroit Tigers! We posted a solid 10-1 victory over the Cleveland Guardians. Let's break down the highlights of this thrilling win.
Early Lead and Steady Climb
The first inning set the tone with a well-executed play by our boys. Wenceel Pérez made an infield single and eventually scored thanks to a clutch single by Riley Greene. This early run gave us the initial boost, and we never looked back!
By the second inning, we extended our lead to 3-0 with contributions from Javier Báez, Gio Urshela, Colt Keith, and Riley Greene again. The team showcased great discipline and teamwork.
Power Surge in the Middle Innings
Carson Kelly homered to left in the third inning, which was followed by a strong showing in the fourth. Riley Greene continued his hot streak with a critical two-RBI single that brought both Colt Keith and Matt Vierling home, widening our lead to 6-1.
The sixth inning was where we really broke the game wide open. Errors by the Guardians and timely hits from the Tigers led to four more runs. Big shout-out to Gio Urshela who doubled to clear the bases, putting us up 10-1. What a fantastic inning!
Solid Defense and Pitching Shut Down the Guardians
Our pitchers were on-point today. The Guardians were limited to just one run, a solo homer by Bo Naylor in the third inning. Kudos to our pitchers and defense for a stellar performance. Throughout the game, we saw excellent plays that kept the Guardians from mounting any serious threat.
The bullpen came in and shut the door, ensuring the victory stayed out of reach for the Guardians. Andrew Chafin and Zach McKinstry were particularly effective in the latter innings.
Closing it Out
In the later innings, our defense kept things tight, and we cruised to a well-deserved 10-1 victory. Akil Baddoo and Andy Ibáñez also saw some action, maintaining the momentum and keeping our defense strong.
