Tough Game in Seattle
Fellow Mariners fans, it was a tough night for our boys at T-Mobile Park as the Los Angeles Dodgers took the game with a decisive 6-1 victory. Our lineup showed glimpses of promise but unfortunately, we couldn’t rally enough to overcome the Dodgers' strong performance.Dodgers Dominate Early Innings
The Dodgers took an early lead in the 2nd inning with a homer from Hyeseong Kim bringing in Michael Conforto. And just when we thought we could keep it close, Freddie Freeman hammered a two-run shot in the 3rd, scoring Shohei Ohtani and putting them up 4-0. Mariners' Efforts to Turn Things Around
A sigh of relief came in the bottom of the 2nd when J.P. Crawford singled to left. Yet, despite our efforts, including a promising double by Miles Mastrobuoni in the 3rd, we were unable to capitalize and convert those into runs. Our only run came in the 8th inning when Eugenio Suarez grounded out to let Randy Arozarena dash home, preventing the shutout.Pitcher's Challenges and Shining Moments
Facing the Dodgers' explosive offense was no easy task. Our pitching rotation did their best, with Ferguson and Speier managing to hold them during their innings. Isaiah Campbell made a notable relief appearance, keeping Dalton Rushing from adding more runs during a critical moment in the 8th.Looking Forward with Hope
While it wasn't the outcome we hoped for, our Mariners will reflect and come back stronger. We've seen sparks in our lineup, and as always, we'll rally behind them and support them in the coming games. Let's keep believing, M's fans!
