The game didn't start too bright for us, with Kyle Schwarber, Trea Turner, and Bryce Harper all striking out in the top of the 1st inning. The Mets managed to get on the board early with a solo home run by Jose Iglesias and a run-scoring groundout. Our offense sprang to life in the 4th inning. After a couple of bases loaded, Johan Rojas hit a crucial ground-rule double, scoring Sosa and Wilson. A few batters later, Alec Bohm hit a majestic homer to left-center, bringing in Harper and Turner. By the end of the 4th inning, our boys were leading 8-2 and never looked back!Padding the Lead

After some early hiccups, our pitching staff settled in. Cristopher Sanchez recovered to give us quality innings, and our bullpen was lights-out.
