Tigers Dominate Mariners in 15-1 Victory

What a fantastic game for the Detroit Tigers! We came out with a resounding 15-1 win over the Seattle Mariners, showcasing our hitting power and solid pitching. The game was an absolute delight from start to finish 🍿.

Early Momentum

The Tigers got on the board early in the bottom of the 1st inning. Matt Vierling reached on an infield single, and Bligh Madris brought him home with another single to center. It was a great start seeing those bats in action right away! 🐯

Kerry Carpenter and Jake Rogers Shine

In the 3rd inning, Kerry Carpenter hit a solo homer to left, giving us a nice cushion. But that was just the beginning! Jake Rogers stepped up with a two-RBI double, putting us up 5-0. The 4th inning was even better when Carpenter homered again, this time to right, scoring Vierling - absolutely clutch! 🏏

Then, Rogers hit a grand slam, pushing our lead to an incredible 11-1.

Consistent Pressure

The 6th inning saw Gio Urshela joining the homer party with a solo shot, and boys, that wasn’t all. Javier Báez smashed a two-run homer to left center, making it a sweet 15-1.

In the later innings, our team didn't stop applying pressure, though we didn't need more runs. Our pitchers were outstanding, keeping the Mariners at bay throughout the game.

Closing It Out

The bullpen sealed the deal. Beau Brieske and Tyler Alexander shut down the Mariners in the final innings, showcasing incredible composure on the mound and making sure the victory was emphatic and memorable.

A huge shoutout to all the Tigers today; that was some beautiful baseball. With contributions from everyone, it's games like these that get us excited about the future. Keep the energy high, and let's continue this winning streak!

Go Tigers! 🐯💥
