Tough Loss in Extra Innings 
Hey Diamondbacks fans, we had a nail-biter today against the Braves, but unfortunately, it didn't go our way. The Braves squeaked out a win in the 11th inning, 5-4. Despite the loss, there were some bright moments for our team.A Rocky Start 
We had a tough time getting started. In the top of the 1st, the Braves' Austin Riley launched a solo homer to center field, putting us down early 1-0. Our bats were quiet initially, as we couldn't muster much against the Braves' pitching.Finally on the Board! 
The 6th inning was where the magic happened for us. Geraldo Perdomo's infield single and a fielding error set the stage. Corbin Carroll was clutch with a single to bring Perdomo home, tying the game 1-1. Carroll then stole second, and walks by Ketel Marte and Joc Pederson loaded the bases. Christian Walker walked to push Carroll across the plate for a 2-1 lead. Lourdes Gurriel Jr. then hit a sac fly to add another run, making it 3-1.Ninth-Inning Heartbreak 
We were cruising with a 3-1 lead heading into the 9th, but it wasn't meant to last. With two outs, Sean Murphy hit a game-tying two-run homer. The score was now 3-3, and we were headed to extras.Tense Extra Innings 
In the top of the 10th, the Braves went ahead 4-3, but we answered back. Jake McCarthy moved to third on a Alek Thomas sacrifice and then scored on a sac fly by Perdomo, tying it 4-4.In the 11th, Marcell Ozuna hit a sac fly to put the Braves up 5-4. We had a chance to strike back in the bottom half, but couldn't pull through. Joc Pederson walked, but we couldn't capitalize. The game ended with Gurriel Jr. lining out to left.
Conclusion 
It was a hard-fought game, and the team showed resilience, especially in the 6th inning and extras. Let's keep our heads up, D-backs fans. We'll get them next time! Until then, keep supporting our boys. Go D-backs!
