Rockies Start with Enthusiasm
Alright Rockies fans, let's break down today's game against the Braves. The top of the 1st inning had the Braves going down quietly after a nice double play. But the bottom of the inning, we couldn’t get our bats going either. Props to Brenton Doyle, Jordan Beck, and Ryan McMahon for efforts, even though we ended with three quick outs, all flying or lining out. Let's keep the faith!
Toglia Provides a Spark
Moving to the 2nd, Atlanta scored twice, but Michael Toglia answered back with a blast to right, giving us our first run. What a shot at 414 feet! Unfortunately, our rally ended quickly after that, but moments like these make us proud to be Rockies fans!

Braves Take Control
In the 4th, the Braves broke the game open scoring three runs. Eli White and Nick Allen came alive, adding more to the Braves tally. Our pitchers were having a hard time keeping the ball down.
Brief Glimmer in the 6th
In the bottom of the 6th, after Beck and Hunter Goodman showed some life on the bases, Toglia managed to ground into a fielder's choice to bring Beck home for our second run. We showed some fight, even if it was short-lived.Defensive Woes
Despite some solid defense, a few costly errors and a robust Braves offense kept widening the gap. Nick Allen, Eli White, and Austin Riley continued to exploit the gaps, making it a tough game for our bullpen and field.Game over, but Hope Alive
We unfortunately ended up on the losing side 8-2. It's a tough loss, but we saw flashes of brilliance, like Toglia’s homer. Let’s keep our spirits high and regroup for the next game!
It's always a good day to cheer on the Rockies. Let's keep supporting our Boys in Purple!
