Our pitching was absolutely lights out! The Braves couldn't get anything going against our arms. From the start, we saw excellent performances from our starters and bullpen. Midway through the seventh inning, when Law relieved Irvin, he skillfully held the Braves at bay. Then Ferrer continued the shutout, and Finnegan closed things out in the 9th, ensuring we sealed the deal.Explosive Third Inning
The third inning was our breakthrough moment. Jacob Young led off, getting hit by a pitch, and CJ Abrams legged out an infield single to move him over. Dylan Crews then delivered a clutch single to right, bringing Young home and moving Abrams to third. Big applause for James Wood, who hit an infield single to bring in Abrams. Juan Yepez grounded into a double play in the 5th inning, but it allowed Andrés Chaparro to score and stretch our lead to 4-0. Jose Tena and Keibert Ruiz teamed up brilliantly in the 8th inning, with Tena singling and then stealing second. Ruiz drove him in with a single to add another insurance run, making it 5-1.Closing It Out in Style
The 9th inning saw Finnegan dominate, ensuring there was no hope left for the Braves. Arcia flied out, Laureano struck out looking, and Murphy grounded out to third.
