Tough Loss at Home
Hey Braves fam, what a nail-biter!
Orioles Take the Lead
In the top of the 3rd inning, the Orioles took advantage when Jackson Holliday crushed a 375-foot homer to right-center, bringing in Coby Mayo with him. This put the Orioles in the lead with a two-run margin. Our Braves tried to bounce back, but the bats remained quiet until late in the game.
Final Effort in the 9th
Sean Murphy gave us a glimmer of hope in the bottom of the 9th inning with a massive 411-foot solo homer to center. This closed the gap to 2-1. We saw Ozzie Albies follow up with a crucial single to right field. The energy was high, and the crowd was buzzing!
But the Orioles stayed composed and silenced our comeback hopes as DomÃnguez closed it out. Despite the loss, we saw some solid innings pitched and great defensive plays by the team. Let’s keep the momentum going and bounce back in our next game!
