What a Comeback! Orioles Win 4-3

What a nail-biter! Fellow Orioles fans, we did it! The Orioles managed an exhilarating victory against the Seattle Mariners in a tight match that saw us triumph with a final score of 4-3. The tension was high, but our team came through when it mattered most! 🎉🟠⚫

Early Game Tensions

In the first couple of innings, it seemed like a pitcher's duel as both teams were kept off the board. Adley Rutschman gave us hope in the first with a single, but unfortunately, it didn't translate into an early lead. By the end of the 3rd inning, both teams had 1 run each, with Rutschman scoring from third base thanks to a wild pitch by Woo. Our pitchers held Mariners at bay with solid defensive plays and clutch pitching, keeping their score tight.

The Game-Changing Sixth Inning

Orioles fans, the top of the 6th inning was one for the history books! Jackson Holliday walked, setting the stage for Adley Rutschman who smashed a two-run homer to right field, tying the game at 3-3! 🏠🦀 But we weren't done! Gunnar Henderson immediately followed with a solo homer, letting us take the lead at 4-3. This back-to-back powerhouse show of batting prowess was what gave us the edge today.

The Final Stretch

The tension was palpable as Kittredge and Baker came in to close the game in the 8th and 9th innings, with both pitchers keeping their cool. Kyle Legumina and Dylan Moore couldn’t handle our dominance, ending the game with consecutive strikeouts. When Moore struck out swinging against Baker in the bottom of the 9th with the runner on first, the victory was ours! 🧡💪

What a game, Orioles! Let's keep this momentum going! Fly high! 🟠⚫🔥
