A Rollercoaster of Emotions at Tropicana Field
Hey Rays fans!
A Rough Start for the Rays
The game didn't start in our favor as the Orioles came out swinging in the top of the 2nd inning. Colton Cowser crushed a 388-foot homer, giving the O's a quick 3-0 lead, followed by back-to-back homers from Cedric Mullins and Ramon Laureano, stretching their lead to 8 runs by the end of the inning. But our boys showed resilience and kept their heads high! The Rally Begins
Our boys got on the board in the 3rd inning when Christopher Morel doubled, bringing Curtis Mead home. Then Jake Mangum singled to score Junior Caminero and Morel, cutting the Orioles' lead to 8-3. We chipped away further in later innings with a timely triple by Taylor Walls and clutch hitting from Yandy Díaz.Taking the Lead
The 5th inning was truly magical!
Sealing the Win
In the 7th inning, Jonathan Aranda was the star, singling to center, driving in two more runs and pushing our lead to 12-8! Our bullpen remained solid throughout, with Pete Fairbanks shutting things down in the 9th to secure our well-fought victory! What a comeback by the team!
A big thanks to the amazing crowd and supporters. Together, we turned the game into an absolute spectacle! Let's keep up the momentum, Rays fans! Go Rays!
