The bottom of the 2nd inning gave us a glimmer of hope. Nathaniel Lowe managed to smack a 434-feet homer to center, putting the Rangers on the board. That made it 4-1, giving us some life
️.Missed Opportunities
In the bottom of the 3rd, it looked like we might mount a comeback. Marcus Semien doubled and advanced to third on a wild pitch, and Corey Seager walked. Josh Smith had a chance to capitalize but struck out swinging, ending the threat. The inning ended 4-1 Orioles.Fifth Inning Struggles Continue
Things got worse in the top of the 5th. Adley Rutschman popped out, but Anthony Santander delivered another two-run homer, tacking on two more runs. This put the O's ahead by a commanding 6-1 lead
.Bullpen Woes
Our bullpen had its moments but wasn’t perfect. Santander hit yet another three-run homer in the 7th inning, stretching the Orioles' lead to 9-1. The game seemed out of reach by then.Orioles' Dominant Pitching
The Orioles' pitching was simply too much for us. We couldn't capitalize on multiple opportunities. Even with substitutions like Robbie Grossman and Derek Hill, we couldn't get much done at the plate.Looking Ahead
The game ended in a disappointing 9-1 loss. We’ve got to brush this off and look forward to the next game. Let’s hope our guys can regroup and get back on track!
