A Rough Game for the Jays 
Another tough outing for our boys in blue, as the Toronto Blue Jays fell to the Baltimore Orioles with a final score of 7-3. The game started off on a challenging note, with Colton Cowser walking and Anthony Santander smashing a homer to secure an early lead for the Orioles.An Early Comeback Attempt 
There were some promising moments early on. In the bottom of the 1st, Ernie Clement singled to center, Vladimir Guerrero Jr. followed suit, and Alejandro Kirk loaded the bases with an infield single. A sacrifice fly by Spencer Horwitz allowed Clement to score. By the end of the 2nd inning, we saw more action with Brian Serven reaching on an infield single that brought Leo Jimenez home. Another fortunate error allowed Serven to score, changing the scoreboard to 3-2 in our favor!Pitching Highlights and Lowlights 
Our pitching staff had its ups and downs. Mid-innings saw solid work; Mountcastle and Jiménez were both struck out in key moments. However, errors, including a throwing error from Guerrero Jr., opened doors for the Orioles. The 7th inning was particularly damaging, with Jackson Holliday hammering a two-run homer.Late Inning Struggles 
As the game continued, Anthony Santander came back to haunt us with another homer in the 8th inning. Reliever Erik Swanson tried to hold the line but allowed two more runs to score. The bats went cold for the Jays, despite Leo Jimenez hitting a double in the 9th inning. Unfortunately, Addison Barger popping out and George Springer's strikeout sealed our fate.Final Thoughts and Looking Ahead 
Despite the setback, there were moments of brilliance, like Jimenez's multiple doubles and good base-running by Serven. However, errors and missed opportunities cost us dearly. We’ll shake it off and come back stronger. Let’s continue to support our team and hope for a brighter game next time. Go Jays!
