It all started right in the top of the 1st with a powerful homer by Roman Anthony that sent the ball flying 410 feet to right center!
That early lead set the tone for the Sox. Our bats were formidable tonight as Jarren Duran also put on a show with a clutch 3-run homer deep into center, rocketing the Sox to a 4-3 lead in the 5th. Our bullpen, led by the likes of Whitlock and Chapman, pitched with ferocity, particularly in the late innings, locking down the lead. Baltimore's bats attempted a late rally, but our defense held strong, keeping their run count paused at 3. A shoutout to David Hamilton and Connor Wong for anchoring the infield and catching duties, ensuring Orioles didn’t gain any undue momentum.
