Rough Start But a Thrilling Finish
The Boston Red Sox secured a hard-fought victory against the Baltimore Orioles with a final score of 3-2. The game began with a bang for us as Roman Anthony homered to center field, giving the Red Sox an early advantage. Moving into the second inning, despite an early double from Beavers that brought Mayo home, evening the score, our pitchers and defense played with determination to minimize additional damage. The game remained tied at 1-1 all the way through the sixth inning, with both teams battling fiercely.Late Heroics Seal the Victory
The tension increased as the Orioles took a 2-1 lead in the seventh inning, but our beloved Ceddanne Rafaela came up clutch in the ninth inning. After a single by Jarren Duran, Rafaela launched a two-run home run to left center, turning the tables and putting us ahead 3-2. Our bullpen locked it down with masterful pitching by Chapman, who struck out the side to end the game with flair. Another fantastic win for the Red Sox nation! Go Sox!
