A Tough Day at the Office for the Red Sox
Oh, what a frustrating game we had to watch as Red Sox fans today!
Early Struggles and Missed Opportunities
At the top of the 1st inning, we saw some promising efforts with Abraham Toro getting hit by a pitch, but ultimately, there was no momentum to capitalize on.

Mariners Sealed the Deal
The 4th inning was where things truly slipped from our grasp. The Mariners added three more runs before the Mariners' bullpen and fielders locked us out. Even Marcelo Mayer's attempts were stifled despite reaching base, only to see the inning end without any Red Sox runs. The game eventually concluded with the Mariners comfortably maintaining their lead. Despite Nate Eaton ending the 9th inning with a single, it was little too late to prompt any significant rally. All we can do now is keep our heads high and look forward to the next game. We know that the Sox have it in them to bounce back and bring us the victory we crave!
