The Red Sox tried to take an early lead in the 1st inning by scoring off a single from Narváez, but our boys stepped up to the plate and retaliated quickly. Bo Bichette started us off with a nice single followed by a double by Vladimir Guerrero Jr. that brought Bichette home, tying the score at 1-1. In the 2nd inning, the Jays went on the offensive with impressive homers from Ernie Clement and Davis Schneider, putting us in the lead at 4-1.
Steady Addition to the Scoreboard
Moving into the 3rd inning, Bo Bichette continued his remarkable performance by bringing Ernie Clement home with a single, extending our lead to 5-2. Alejandro Kirk kept the momentum in the 4th, scoring Anthony Santander with a single, and then Davis Schneider stepped up once again and drove in George Springer with a clutch hit, solidifying our lead at 7-3. Even with a homer from the Red Sox's Romero, our defense held strong thanks to a solid effort by our bullpen.

Zach Pop, Mitch Fluharty, and Adrian Bash took the mound and made sure the Red Sox were kept at bay, each striking out their fair share of batters.
