Brewers' Solid Start
The Milwaukee Brewers put on a show today against the Chicago Cubs, securing a decisive 9-3 victory. It was an exciting game right from the start! Despite a quiet first inning, the Brewers kept their focus. When Jackson Chourio reached on an infield single in the first but was picked off, it was William Contreras and Andrew Vaughn who brought life into the second inning. Vaughn's sacrifice fly allowed our first score of the game, leveling it 1-1.
Brewers Extend the Lead
By the time the third inning came around, the Brewers were on fire. Chourio ran his heart out to score on another sacrifice fly from Vaughn, and man, what an inning the fifth was! Chourio's electrifying triple set the tone, followed by Contreras and Yelich both making the most of fielding errors. Vaughn's consistent efforts were rewarded with a single that further extended our lead.
Vaughn Seals the Game with a Homer
The sixth inning was particularly sweet with Andrew Vaughn delivering a knockout blow—a spectacular home run to left-center! With three more runs added to the board, the Brewers were soaring with a 9-2 lead. We all know how important it is for our pitchers to get them out quickly, and they ensured that the Cubs never gained the upper hand.
Closing It Out
The Cubs managed to get a run back by the seventh, but it wasn't enough to shake the Brewers' defense. Our pitching held strong, and the game concluded after a series of outs in the ninth inning. This victory brings renewed energy to our beloved Brewers and to all of us fans as we continue our march! Here's to more games like this one!

Go Brewers!
