Tigers Secure a Dominant Victory Over the White Sox! 
What a game for the Detroit Tigers! Our boys took on the Chicago White Sox and snagged a win with a convincing score of 7-2. The victory was a display of some fantastic baseball from our line-up. From the get-go, the Tigers were determined to seal the deal. The White Sox started strong with an early run in the top of the 1st inning, but it didn’t take long for the Tigers to roar back in style.Breaking Down the Action 
Justyn-Henry Malloy set the tone in the 1st inning with a double and was quickly brought home by Riley Greene who singled to right, tying the game. Spencer Torkelson and Andy Ibáñez were stellar too, helping the Tigers jump ahead and finish the 1st inning leading 2-1. Kerry Carpenter then delivered an electrifying 373-foot homer in the 2nd, sending Malloy home again and boosting our lead to 4-1. Torkelson continued his brilliant day at the plate with a solo homer in the 3rd, widening the gap to 5-1. Later that inning, Trey Sweeney and Malloy added to the tally before some solid defensive innings from our guys.Defense and Pitching on Point 
Our pitchers were in the zone today, keeping the White Sox in check all game long. After allowing just one more run in the 5th inning, the pitching staff shut down any remaining threat. Key defensive plays and a couple of clutch double plays helped keep the White Sox bats quiet. Joey Wentz and the bullpen did an excellent job to keep our lead intact and ensure the win in front of our fans at Comerica Park.We couldn’t be prouder of how the team performed today, and the win positions us positively as we continue the season.
