What a finish! Our Texas Rangers pulled off an electrifying extra-inning win against the Chicago White Sox, sealing the deal at 5-4. It was a rollercoaster, folks, but Adolis GarcÃa came through in the bottom of the 11th with a clutch single to bring Evan Carter home. This kind of game is why we love baseball! Both teams displayed strong pitching and defense early on, with the Rangers unable to capitalize and trailing 0-2 by the end of the 4th. Notably, Josh Smith gave us a glimpse of hope with a walk and a double, but the White Sox struck first with a two-run combo in the top of the 4th. Marcus Semien then hit a game-tying double in the 7th, with a subsequent wild pitch giving us the go-ahead run! With the tension mounting, both sides struggled to break the deadlock in extra innings. The bullpen, led by R. Garcia and Latz, showed nerves of steel, preventing Chicago from gaining any late advantage.
