What a nail-biter this Reds game was! It was an exciting match against the Chicago Cubs that saw our boys edge out a win, 3-2! The game was a back-and-forth affair, but the resilience shown by our Cincinnati Reds was exemplary. Let's dive into the highlights that sealed our victory at Wrigley Field.Key Moments: Homers and Comebacks 
The action started in earnest in the second inning when our dependable catcher, Tyler Stephenson, smashed a solo homer to left field, giving us an early lead of 1-0. The Cubs tried to claw back in the bottom of the third with a homer by Dansby Swanson, but that didn't deter the Reds' fighting spirit.In the top of the sixth, Matt McLain reached with an infield single and Elly De La Cruz hit a crucial double that brought McLain home to level the score at 2-2. De La Cruz's clutch performance was vital in keeping us in the game!
The Winning Play and Solid Defense 
The pivotal moment came in the top of the 7th inning. With two outs and Jake Fraley on third, TJ Friedl delivered a timely single to center field, scoring Fraley and giving us the 3-2 lead. Our bullpen did a phenomenal job in holding off the Cubs in the remaining innings. Art Warren closed out the game without allowing any hits, ensuring a triumphant victory for our Reds.
