Thrilling Start in the 1st Inning
What a game, Brewers fans! We came out swinging and took an early lead, thanks to a huge homer from Willy Adames! After Jackson Chourio walked and stole second, and Garrett Mitchell followed with another walk, Adames belted a 391-foot shot to right field, scoring three runs!Second Inning Onslaught
The fireworks continued in the 2nd inning. Jake Bauers singled to left, and Joey Ortiz doubled to center, bringing Bauers home. Next up, Brice Turang hammered a homer to left center, scoring two more runs and making it a comfortable 6-0 lead. The Crew was cruising!Adding Insurance Runs in the 3rd
In the 3rd inning, William Contreras singled, then Sal Frelick tripled to right, scoring Contreras. Rhys Hoskins then reached on an infield single to second, allowing Frelick to score another run. The Brewers were up 8-0 by the end of the inning. Talk about dominance!Stellar Pitching and Defense
Our pitchers were lights out through the fourth and fifth innings, with no scoring from the Reds. The defense was solid, making key plays and keeping the momentum in our favor. High fives all around!Reds Attempt a Comeback
The Reds tried to mount a comeback in the 7th inning. Spencer Steer homered to start things off, followed by Stuart Fairchild’s two-run homer after Ty France doubled. It brought the score to 8-3, but the Crew's pitching clamped down after that. Close call, but we held strong!Closing It Out in Style
The Brewers bullpen shut the door in the 8th and 9th innings. Joel Payamps came in to close it out and secured the win, retiring the side in the 9th inning. What a solid performance by our boys. Victory never tasted so sweet!Final Score: Brewers 8, Reds 3
