Oh, What a Game! 
Hey, fellow Reds fans, what a fantastic game we witnessed against the Cardinals! The action was non-stop, and our boys showed the grit and determination that we love! Let's dive into the highlights of this thrilling match-up.Early Struggles and Breakthroughs
The game started off slowly, with both teams having a hard time getting runners on base. But in the top of the 2nd inning, Sal Stewart fired us up with a thrilling solo homer to left field that traveled a whopping 417 feet!
That set the tone and put us in the lead, 1-0. Even though the Cards managed to tie it up quickly, we answered back in the 3rd with Noelvi Marte's patience and a key hit from Miguel Andujar that capitalized on a miscue by their center fielder to make it 3-1. Tough Middle Innings and Drama Unfolds
The middle innings were tense. The Cardinals fought back hard in the 6th, scoring multiple runs and momentarily taking the lead 4-3. But our guys weren't done yet. In the 7th inning, Matt McLain came up huge with a ground rule double, bringing in De La Cruz and Tyler Stephenson to snatch back the lead, 5-4. TJ Friedl followed up with a crucial single, extending our lead to 6-4
️.Sealing the Game in Style
With the game tied again at 6, we entered the final innings with determination. In the top of the 9th, Tyler Stephenson smashed a double that brought in three runs, including Stewart, Hays, and Marte, to light up the scoreboard.
Elly De La Cruz also chipped in with a double, further solidifying our position. Finally, the relief pitchers, Pagán and company, shut the door in style. The Cards had no answers as we cruised to a dominant 11-6 victory.
