Rays Pitching Dominates
What a fantastic performance by our pitching staff tonight! From start to finish, our pitchers had the Guardians' hitters on lockdown. The Guardians managed only a handful of base runners, and our defense was rock solid. Big shout-out to Poché and Adam for sealing the deal in the final innings.
Early Lead Sets the Tone
In the 3rd inning, we got on the board thanks to a mistake by the Guardians. Alex Jackson reached base on a throwing error, and Yandy Díaz singled to push him to third. Brandon Lowe grounded into a double play, but it was enough to let Jackson score. We took control from there!
Extra Padding in the 5th
The 5th inning brought some cushion to our lead. Alex Jackson led off with a double and then Yandy Díaz drilled a double to right field to bring him home. Although we couldn’t capitalize more, the 2-0 lead was enough with our dominant pitching!

Strong Defensive Plays
Our defense was stellar tonight. Taylor Walls and Richie Palacios made key plays to keep the Guardians off the bases. The infield was a fortress with no errors and some highlight-worthy outs. Kudos to Jose Siri and Randy Arozarena for excellent plays in the outfield as well!
Closing it Out
The final innings showed why Rays’ pitching is feared. Jason Adam came in blazing in the ninth inning, striking out Josh Naylor, Jhonkensy Noel, and Andrés Giménez to close out the game. This was a textbook save to clinch our victory!
Final Thoughts
It wasn’t a flashy win, but a win is a win! Our pitching staff's brilliance and timely hitting secured us a great victory. Let's carry this momentum forward and keep up the incredible performance. Go Rays!
