Tough Day at Fenway for the Rockies
Rockies fans,
Pitching Holds Early but Bats Stay Cold
Our pitching staff held strong early, with Kyle Freeland avoiding any damage through the initial innings. Yet, our offense couldn't capitalize on his efforts, struggling against the Boston pitchers. Hunter Goodman managed our first hit by reaching on an infield single in the fourth inning, but consistent offense was hard to come by. Without any luck finding gaps early, our offense got stalled while the Red Sox bats warmed up.Big Inning Struggles and A Late Rally Attempt
The Red Sox's offense came alive in the sixth and seventh innings, tallying up a total of ten runs. They delivered with timely hitting and showcased power with home runs from Trevor Story and Jarren Duran.
Let's tip our hats to the Red Sox's performance today and focus on the next game. As Rockies fans, we always stand by our team no matter the outcome. Looking forward to a better result in the upcoming games!
