Last night's showdown between our San Diego Padres and the Colorado Rockies was a nail-biter that unfortunately didn't go our way, with a final score of 5-4 in favor of the Rockies. Let's dive into the key moments that defined this closely contested game.

However, Xander Bogaerts quickly answered back in the bottom of the 2nd with a solo home run, electrifying the crowd and tying the game at 1-1.

Despite this setback, the fighting spirit of the Padres was evident as they didn't let this dampen their resolve. Jurickson Profar led a mini-comeback in the 6th with a two-run shot to right field, bringing the score to a more manageable 5-3.
