Rangers Offense Starts with a Bang! 
What a game for our Texas Rangers! Right off the bat, Josh Smith singled to center, setting the stage for an explosive first inning. Wyatt Langford showed why he's a fan favorite with a towering homer to right center, bringing Smith home and putting us up by two runs!
The first inning fireworks didn't stop there as Joc Pederson, Adolis García, and Marcus Semien delivered consecutive hits, leading to a comfortable 4-0 lead by the end of the inning.Top-notch Pitching Keeps Rockies in Check 
Our pitching staff did an excellent job keeping the Rockies at bay. Despite a solo homer from Michael Toglia in the second inning, our pitchers kept their composure and struck out key batters, especially in the fourth and fifth innings, preventing the Rockies from gaining any momentum. The three consecutive strikeouts in the fifth inning were a highlight, showing our pitchers' dominance on the mound today!
Insurance Runs Seal the Deal 
The Rockies tried clawing back with a two-run homer by Kyle Farmer in the sixth inning, but our Rangers stayed resilient. Jake Burger’s crucial two-run double in the fifth gave us the cushion we needed, extending our lead. And if two wasn’t enough, Adolis García blasted a two-run homer to right center in the sixth, bringing the score to a decisive 8-3. That was the nail in the Rockies' coffin!
