The offense was clicking tonight, with some standout performances that made all the difference:- Ozzie Albies got us on the board in the 2nd inning with a clutch single, driving in Sean Murphy!
- Sean Murphy was an absolute powerhouse, smashing not one but TWO homers – one in the 3rd inning, a 407-foot shot bringing Austin Riley home with him, and another in the 5th inning, a massive 423-foot blast scoring Adam Duvall too!
- Ramon Laureano joined the homer club with a solo bomb in the 4th inning, right to left-center at 426 feet!
Defensive Prowess
Our defense backed up the stellar pitching, turning double plays and making sure the Tigers couldn’t gain any momentum. From the outfield to the infield, everyone was in sync – a true team effort!Closing the Game
The Tigers couldn’t catch a break as our relievers continued the dominance on the mound, ensuring no late-game heroics. Three up, three down in the top of the 9th sealed the shutout victory!
