Tigers Triumph in Houston! 
In a thrilling showdown against the Houston Astros, our Detroit Tigers emerged victorious with a 7-4 win! 
The game kicked off a bit rocky in the bottom of the 1st inning when Jeremy Peña hit a solo homer to give the Astros an early lead. 
But not to worry, the Tigers came roaring back in the 2nd inning! Keith and Báez Light Up the Scoreboard 
The top of the 2nd saw Riley Greene starting off with a single, only for Colt Keith to knock it out of the park for a two-run homer! This put us in the lead, and the momentum continued in the 3rd inning. Javier Báez blasted a grand slam, pushing Carpenter, Greene, and Keith across home plate, widening our lead to 7-1. 
Holding Strong for the Win 
The Astros did try to battle back, with Jose Altuve and Victor Caratini adding runs in the 5th and 7th innings. Nonetheless, our pitchers held their ground, sealing the deal for us! The bullpen—Hunter Hanifee, Tyler Holton, and Tommy Kahnle—made sure no further damage was done after those runs. The Tigers managed to keep their composure through to the end. 
A deserved victory for the Tigers, demonstrating resilience and teamwork on the field! Here’s to many more like this one! Go Tigers!
