Tigers Roar Back in Dominant Fashion
What a game, fellow Detroit Tigers fans! Heading into the Big Apple to face the New York Yankees always has its challenges, but our Tigers pulled off a truly spectacular victory, decimating the Yanks with a final score of 12-2.

Early Struggles and a Tight Start
The game started off a bit slow for our Tigers. In the first four innings, the Yankees managed to snag a lead with Aaron Judge and Cody Bellinger both managing to send balls into the stands. With our hearts pounding, the Tigers were down by two runs, sitting at 2-0. But we all know the fighting spirit of our boys, and they didn't disappoint. The 5th Inning Spark and Explosive 7th Inning
It was in the top of the 5th that the momentum began to shift when Parker Meadows smacked a homer to right center, driving in Spencer Torkelson and tying the game at 2-2.

The inning's highlights? Kerry Carpenter blasting a triple that brought in two runs, and everyone from Dillon Dingler to Trey Sweeney flexing their offensive muscles. When the dust settled, the scoreboard read 11 runs unanswered in the inning alone! We were on fire!

Closing It Strong
We kept the momentum going into the 8th inning, with Riley Greene driving in a final run to cement our lead. With a 12-2 advantage heading into the bottom of the 9th, our defense didn't let up. Chris Paddack and the rest of our bullpen shut down any hopes of a Yankees comeback, sealing the victory with a resounding roar from Tigers fans everywhere!

Let's keep this energy going, Tigers fans! It's wins like these that keep our playoff hopes alive. Until next time, Roar On, Tigers Nation!
