Rays Dominate Tigers with Early Innings Dominance
What a start to the game for the Tampa Bay Rays! In the bottom of the first inning, we flexed our muscle and put up four runs on the board.
️ Jonathan Aranda, Josh Lowe, and company took advantage of Tigers’ miscues to put us ahead early. Taylor Walls added a clutch single driving in two more, and by the time the first inning ended, the Tampa Bay Rays were sitting pretty with a 4-0 lead. 
Keeping the Momentum Going
The second inning was no different, as Yandy Díaz and Brandon Lowe continued their hitting prowess. B. Lowe's RBI single extended our rally to push the lead to 5-0. Danny Jansen and Junior Caminero hammered homers later in the game. Jansen's solo shot in the fourth went 369 feet, followed by Caminero's 408-foot moonshot, securing our lead at 7-1. The Detroit Tigers never saw it coming!
Closing Out in Style
As the game progressed, Christopher Morel added a cherry on top with his 434-foot home run into the left field stands in the seventh inning. The Rays bullpen held Detroit at bay, who only managed two runs late in the eighth. Our defensive play and pitching were spot on, with hard hitters like Gleyber Torres and Kerry Carpenter being neutralized by our impeccable mound work. By the final out, the scoreboard showed an emphatic 8-3 victory for the Rays!
A fantastic all-around performance from our boys, ensuring the Tigers had no claw left to scratch with. Let’s keep this momentum rolling, Tampa Bay!
