Heartbreak in the Windy City

The game kicked off with our very own Jose Altuve showcasing his magic, reaching on an infield single, and setting the tone early. After an aggressive play, Alex Bregman pushed Altuve to third, who then scored off a sac fly by Yordan Alvarez. For a moment, it felt like the Astros were poised to dominate.
Pitchers Duel - Verlander Showcasing His Might
The highlight for the majority of the game was the pitching duel. Verlander was throwing gems, making the Cubs' hitters look lost at the plate, especially in those first few innings. Both teams had their defenses locked in tight, leading to a low-scoring affair, which is just the type of game you love to see between these two competitive teams.
