A Solid Victory for the Royals! 
Fellow Royals fans, what a fantastic game we witnessed against the Astros, sealing a 2-0 victory! 
From the get-go, our pitching and defense were on point, keeping the Astros lineup at bay. In the top of the 1st, Jose Altuve was grounded out, and both Yordan Alvarez and Isaac Paredes struck out, as our pitchers set the tone early. Offensive Push in the 1st Inning 
We drew first blood in the bottom of the 1st inning. Jonathan India kickstarted with a walk, and Bobby Witt Jr. followed up with a crucial double. This positioned India perfectly on third base. Then, Mark Canha came through with a sacrifice fly, bringing India home for the first run. That was great teamwork from our batters! 
Pasquantino's Power Boost! 
The game continued to unfold with some fantastic defense from both sides until the bottom of the 5th inning, when Vinnie Pasquantino smashed a homer to right field. It was a beautiful 412-foot shot that gave us a reassuring 2-0 lead. You could feel the energy surge at Kauffman Stadium! 
Locking Down the Win 
Our bullpen was rock solid, with Cruz, Schreiber, and finally Estévez shutting down any chance of a late comeback by the Astros. Yainer Diaz and Zach Dezenzo couldn’t make any headway in the top of the 9th, with Dezenzo grounding out and Victor Caratini striking out swinging. Ending the game with such a strong defensive stand was the perfect way to secure the win. Kudos to our Royals for a well-deserved victory. Let's keep riding this momentum, Royals fans!
