A Tough Loss in LA
Well, Dodgers Nation, it was a hard-fought game at the Chavez Ravine tonight. Despite valiant efforts and some electrifying moments
First Inning Excitement
First inning highlights came courtesy of our star shortstop. After a quick out by Shohei Ohtani, Mookie Betts made sure to put us on the board with a solo homer to left center, traveling an impressive 401 feet! It put us ahead 1-0, giving Dodgers fans a jolt of adrenaline

Rojas Has a Rousing Fourth
Jumping to the fourth inning, we saw some fireworks courtesy of Miguel Rojas! After an infield single by Andy Pages and a fielder's choice that saw him out, Rojas stepped up to hit a two-run homer, narrowing the Astros' lead to 5-4! It's moments like these that make us proud to have Rojas in the lineup. However, despite Ohtani's following walk, Mookie couldn't replicate his earlier magic.Late-Inning Action Falls Short
In the eighth inning, the stadium buzzed with potential as Pages walked and Tommy Edman took one for the team, getting hit by a pitch to put two men on base. Unfortunately, pinch-hitters Hyeseong Kim and Michael Conforto couldn't capitalize, leaving us still trailing. We entered the ninth with hopes high and Ohtani leading off with a single, but the Astros closer was up to the task, keeping us from further progress. On to the Next One
In the end, despite Rojas and Betts providing some magic and moments of brilliance throughout the lineup, the Dodgers couldn't quite seal the deal tonight. If there's one thing we know, it's that this team will use this experience to fuel future victories. On to the next one, Dodgers fans!
