Another Heartbreaker for the Astros in Minnesota
Another tough loss to swallow, fellow Astros fans. The game against the Twins was a nail-biter, but we couldn't pull it off in the end. Let's break down the action.Strong Start for the Astros
We came out strong, taking an early lead in the second inning. After Jon Singleton singled to left, we managed to load the bases. Cesar Salazar took advantage with a sacrifice fly, bringing Singleton home. The Twins didn't waste much time answering back. In the bottom of the second, Byron Buxton singled and eventually scored on a Christian Vázquez single, cutting our lead to 2-1. We had our chances late in the game. In the ninth inning, Yainer Diaz singled, and Meyers drew a walk to put two men on base.
