In the second inning, the Rangers scored the first run thanks to a little chaos created by our very own Dylan Moore, who showed some great base-running skills. He advanced all the way home due to an error made by the Astros catcher, Yainer Diaz. It was great to see our Rangers defense holding strong throughout the early innings and keeping Houston's hitters off the bases.Incredible Sixth Inning

The sixth inning was a game-changer for us! After the Astros tied the game at 1-1, our lineup really stepped up. First, Cody Freeman got on base with a beautiful single. Shortly after, Josh Jung doubled to center, bringing Freeman home and putting us back in the lead! Then, Jake Burger stepped up big time, hitting a 364-foot homer that scored both him and Jung. What a shot! That home run turned the tide in our favor with a commanding 4-1 lead.Fantastic Finish 
The Astros tried to mount a comeback in the seventh, but our bullpen shut things down. R. Garcia and Armstrong expertly managed to quiet the Astros’ bats, with Armstrong getting a crucial strikeout against Jose Altuve. We saw some great defensive plays to wrap up the game in the ninth inning, ending it with a groundout by Jake Meyers, solidifying an excellent win for the Rangers. Overall, it was a great team effort tonight, and our lineup showed some real heart and determination. Let's keep this momentum going, Rangers! Onward to the next victory!
