What a rollercoaster of a game!
The Baltimore Orioles squared off against the Los Angeles Angels and walked away as victors with a final score of 6-5. The Angels came out swinging with none other than Mike Trout hitting a colossal two-run shot in the first. The turning point came in the third inning when Adley Rutschman and Gunnar Henderson took matters into their own hands. Rutschman's infield single paved the way for a brilliant play by Henderson as he drove Rutschman home, leveling the score. Your excitement grew louder when Jordan Westburg knocked in Henderson, giving us the edge with a score of 3-2!Late-Inning Heroics
But it was bottom of the 6th that spelled magic for us. First, Cedric Mullins smashed an electrifying two-run homer, followed by Gary Sánchez going yard as well. The crowd went wild as the O's took the lead 6-4. Although Luis Rengifo attempted to spoil our party with his own long ball in the 8th, the bullpen closed the door. Félix Bautista sealed off any late-game drama, ensuring our Boys walked off celebrating a 6-5 victory. Such an exhilarating win at Camden Yards. Let's take this momentum forward!
