Tough Loss in Houston
Alright, Angels fans, let's talk about tonight's game against the Astros. Our Los Angeles Angels took on the Houston Astros, but unfortunately, it wasn't quite the outcome we were hoping for. The final score was 3-8 in favor of the Astros.
Strong Start, Tough Finish
The first inning was quiet with neither team putting runs on the board. It was a bit painful to watch our lineup struggle initially, with Zach Neto, Oswald Peraza, and Mike Trout unable to reach base. However, thanks to the brilliant performance of our ace at that moment, the score remained 0-0 going into the second.
Batting Highlights
Once we reached the fourth inning, things started to heat up for us!
Zach Neto launched a spectacular solo homer to left (339 feet), lighting a spark and pulling us closer. 
Then, Jo Adell brought energy back with a two-run homer, driving in Mike Trout after he singled. And just like that, we were up 3-2! Shoutout to Adell and his impressive 396-foot homer! 
Astros' Late-Inning Surge
However, Houston was relentless. In the 4th inning, Ramon Urias tied the game 3-3 with an RBI single. As the game went on, the Astros capitalized on some pitching changes from our end, especially in the 8th, when Jose Altuve hit a two-run homer, extending their lead to 8-3, sealing the victory for them.
Final Thoughts
Despite the loss, some positive takeaways include Zach Neto and Jo Adell showcasing their power at the plate, and Travis d'Arnaud having another solid game with his single in the 7th inning.
