Angels Fall Short Against Royals 
Hey, Angels fans. It was a rough game today as we faced off against the Royals, ending with a score of 0-3. Let’s dive into the details.Early Missed Opportunities 
In the top of the 1st inning, Taylor Ward got things going with a single to center, but unfortunately, the momentum was quickly halted by a double play hit into by Zach Neto. Nolan Schanuel got hit by a pitch but Anthony Rendon grounded out to end our first at-bat.Solid Pitching, But Can't Get Runs Across 
Through the first couple innings, our pitching staff kept us in the game. In the bottom of the 1st, the Royals were held hitless thanks to some great fielding. However, things took a downturn in the bottom of the 2nd when a double by Isbel led to two runs scoring. In the top of the 3rd, we had a golden opportunity with Zach Neto reaching on a walk and Nolan Schanuel singling to center, but again, we couldn’t capitalize with both Anthony Rendon and Logan O'Hoppe unable to drive them in.
Struggles Continue 
The game continued to test our patience as the top of the 4th and 5th innings saw us go down quietly. The Royals added another run with a solo homer by Melendez in the bottom of the 6th. Even when Jo Adell managed a single in the 7th, we just couldn’t string anything together to put runs on the board.Late Innings Drift Away 
By the time we entered the 8th inning, chances were slipping away. Zach Neto walked, but Schanuel struck out looking, and Rendon grounded into a fielder's choice to end our chances. The 9th inning saw Logan O'Hoppe, Niko Kavadas, and Jo Adell all unable to reach base, sealing our fate.Looking Forward
