Victory for the Halos! 
What an incredible matchup it was between our Los Angeles Angels and the Kansas City Royals! 
Despite a slow start, our Angels managed to pull off an impressive 4-3 win. Let's dive into the action-packed game and highlight the key moments that led to our victory. 
Jo Adell Shines in the 6th! 
The first few innings were a bit of a stalemate with both teams holding each other scoreless. But then came the top of the 6th inning—the game changer! Jo Adell delivered a powerful home run to center field, bringing in Zach Neto and Yoan Moncada, putting us ahead 3-2. What a moment it was to see that ball soar! It was exactly what we needed to turn the game in our favor! 
Adell's Clutch 8th Inning Play! 
But Jo Adell wasn't done yet! In the top of the 8th inning, he reached on an infield single, allowing Yoan Moncada to score and break the tie. This crucial play put the Angels up 4-3 and set us up perfectly to close out the game. His performance definitely makes him the star of the game for us Angels fans! Taking It Home! 
With the Royals unable to score at the bottom of the 8th and 9th innings, our bullpen did an excellent job of maintaining the lead. Reid Detmers took the mound in the bottom of the 9th and showed no fear, helping us secure the win! A collective effort by our amazing Halo team kept the Royals at bay and allowed us to triumphantly claim the game. Way to go, Angels!
