A Tough Battle in Seattle
Hey Angels fans!
What a roller coaster at Seattle tonight. Despite a tough loss, there were some sparks that keep us hopeful. Facing off against the Mariners, we started slow, and it was a bit of a struggle against their pitching. But you know our team—they never back down.Bright Spots in the Offense
Logan O'Hoppe showed off his power with a huge homer to center, giving us that jolt of energy we needed.
But the Mariners had their own hero, Jorge Polanco, who was definitely in the zone today with two homers. Nevertheless, big shoutout to Zach Neto and Nolan Schanuel who kept the fight alive with their crucial doubles in the 8th inning. And let's not forget Jorge Soler, who brought home Schanuel with his own double. The fight was real, and they cut the deficit down, making it 5-3. 
Pitching Challenges
Our pitchers had their hands full with the Mariners lineup, especially with Polanco hitting those monster shots. Despite efforts from our bullpen, it was tricky to hold them back. It's a learning experience, and we look forward to seeing them grow stronger as the season continues.
Keep your heads up, Angel fans. There were flashes of brilliance, and it's all about building on these moments. We'll get them next time!
