Rangers Offense Shines Bright
What a game for the Texas Rangers! The Rangers started strong and never looked back, securing a decisive 13-6 victory over the Los Angeles Angels.
Marcus Semien set the tone early with a solo homer to left field in the bottom of the 1st inning, and the Rangers' bats were on fire from there. By the end of the inning, Wyatt Langford had singled and scored, Josh Jung added another run with a sacrifice fly, and Kyle Higashioka helped bring the Rangers' lead to 4-0 with a bases-loaded walk. Truly, the way their offense kicked off was a sight to see! 
Continued Dominance at the Plate
The Rangers didn't let up in the 2nd inning, with Wyatt Langford delivering a two-run homer after Corey Seager singled – another big moment for our team!
️ To top it off, Kyle Higashioka added another solo home run in the 4th inning, boosting the lead to 8-1. Even when the Angels tried to rally in the 5th, Dustin Harris shut them down with a two-run homer of his own, extending the lead to 12-4. Guys like Ezequiel Duran and Jonathan Ornelas shone throughout, creating and converting opportunities effectively. 
Defensive Resilience and Closing the Game
On the defensive side, the Rangers were sharp! Our pitchers, including Curvelo, J. Chavez, and Teodo, consistently took care of business by limiting the Angels' opportunities—forcing timely outs with crucial strikeouts and sharp field plays. Despite a minor scare in the 9th when Ryan Nicholson hit a two-run homer, the Rangers held firm to seal the win with Leiter's steady presence on the mound. Great pitching coupled with robust defense carried the team through this dominant performance.
