Dodgers Strike Early
What a game, Dodgers fans!
We kicked this one off with a bang at the top of the first inning. Shohei Ohtani doubled to center field, and Mookie Betts followed up with a single to left, pushing Ohtani to third. Although Will Smith struck out swinging, Freddie Freeman delivered a sacrifice fly that allowed Ohtani to score, giving us an early 1-0 lead. Way to start strong, Blue Crew! 
Diamondbacks Fight Back
The Diamondbacks answered back with a fiery bottom of the first inning. Ketel Marte hit a solo homer to right, tying the game. Shortly after, Eugenio Suárez smacked another homer, bringing in Josh Naylor and giving the D-backs a 3-1 lead.

In the top of the second, Enrique Hernández homered to left, setting the tone for a comeback. Shohei Ohtani then doubled again, allowing Miguel Rojas to score and tie the game at 3-3. Fast forward to the top of the third when Andy Pages and Hernández made big hits to extend our lead to 8-3!

The Diamondbacks made a strong push in the middle innings too. With a homer from Lourdes Gurriel Jr. in the fifth, they brought the game back to 8-8. In the bottom of the sixth, they even took the lead 9-8 through a combination of walks and a single. It was a nail-biter, but we kept our chin up!
Nail-Biting Finish
The eighth inning had us on the edge of our seats when the D-backs hit two back-to-back homers from Ketel Marte and Randal Grichuk, taking an 11-8 lead. Despite this, our boys had one more trick up their sleeve.The top of the ninth was nothing short of spectacular! Freeman and Pages came up with clutch hits, evening the score at 11-11. Then, the moment every Dodgers fan had been waiting for—Ohtani belted a three-run homer, sealing an incredible 14-11 victory for us. What a way to cap the night!
Closing It Out
In the bottom of the ninth, Gurriel Jr. and Tim Tawa couldn’t muster any magic against our reliever Scott. We closed it out with style, securing a heart-stopping victory on the road.Great job, Dodgers! Can’t wait to see more of this energy in the coming games. Let’s keep this momentum going. Go Blue!
