Braves Set the Tone Early ⚾️

What a thrilling victory for our Atlanta Braves as we emerged victorious over the Dodgers with a final score of 4-3! 💪 In the bottom of the first, we took an early lead thanks to a walk by Alex Verdugo, followed by a monster homer by Austin Riley that swept Verdugo home, making it 2-0. Our pitching squad demonstrated incredible skill, striking out some of the Dodgers' top hitters like Shohei Ohtani, Mookie Betts, and Freddie Freeman in the very first inning!

Riley Shines Again ⭐️

The Braves' offense roared back to life in the bottom of the third. After a leadoff single by Verdugo, Riley once again came in clutch with a second home run to deepen our lead to 4-0. Meanwhile, our defense remained solid, only giving up one run from the Dodgers in the fourth. Michael Harris II had a brilliant single and even stole second in the second inning to keep the pressure on.

Holding the Lead & Securing the Win 🎉

The Dodgers mounted a late surge, adding two more runs to their tally, including a homer by pinch hitter Miguel Rojas. Despite the pressure, our bullpen held firm. Iglesias took to the mound in the ninth and coolly closed out the game. Kim did manage to reach third base as a pinch runner, but Iglesias struck out three consecutive batters, maintaining our lead.

Celebration time, Braves fans! 🎊 Another well-deserved win for the books! Game highlights are undoubtedly dominated by Austin Riley, whose two homers and flawless defense were crucial to our triumph. Let’s carry this momentum forward! 💙🧡
