A Strong Start for the Angels
The Los Angeles Angels started off with a bang against the rivals, the Los Angeles Dodgers, with an impressive display of power from Mickey Moniak and Mike Trout!

Mid-Game Tensions Rise
The momentum of the game slightly shifted in the second inning when the Dodgers started to find their form. Nevertheless, Tim Anderson snatched a run back for us, scoring on a single to center from Kevin Newman! This kept us in the lead at 3-1 by the end of the second, and there was an optimistic buzz in the air. However, the Dodgers were relentless, slowly edging back with a homer from Eddie Rosario in the fifth inning, tightening the game to 3-2.
A Spirited Fight to the End
The top of the sixth inning saw some unfortunate errors and clutch plays by the Dodgers that eventually saw them take the lead. Despite the Angels’ unwavering fight, with players stepping in and out trying to turn the tables, the Dodgers clinched it with two runs that set the score to 5-3. Our last innings had moments of promise, but unfortunately, the Dodgers shut down our advances, and we couldn’t bring it back. It was a hard-fought game, but sometimes it just doesn't swing your way. We’ll regroup, Angels fans!
