The Pittsburgh Pirates put on a stellar performance against the Los Angeles Dodgers last night, securing a 3-0 victory in front of a delighted home crowd. Our boys showed grit and determination, with excellent pitching and some timely slugging that made all the difference. Even when Los Angeles threatened in the top of the third inning with bases loaded, our pitchers held their nerve, ensuring the scoreboard still read 0 for them.
