The power-hitting of Kyle Stowers and Agustin Ramírez was the story of the game. Stowers put us on the board in the 2nd inning with a beautiful solo homer to left center, traveling an impressive 377 feet. As if once wasn't enough, he crushed another homer in the 4th inning, this time to right, clocking it at 375 feet. And let's not forget Ramírez, who joined the home run party with a shot of his own to left center in the 4th inning. These dingers not only gave us crucial runs but also a much-needed momentum boost.

Pitchers Shut Down the Cubs Offense 
Our pitching staff was outstanding today, keeping the Cubs largely in check. Even though Seiya Suzuki tried to rally with a homer in the 4th, it was too little, too late for the Cubs. Faucher, Bachar, Bender, and ultimately Tinoco in the closing inning, all played pivotal roles in silencing the opposition, each executing their pitches with precision. Kudos to our bullpen for stepping up and sealing the win in this nail-biting victory. Overall, it was a splendid team effort that ensured our Marlins sailed smoothly past the Cubs. Keep it up, team!
