An Exciting Finish for the Brewers!
Wow, what a game, Brewers fans! We saw a thrilling conclusion where our beloved Milwaukee Brewers edged out the Miami Marlins 3-2.
Early Tension and a Close Battle
️
The Marlins drew first blood in the top of the first with a RBI single from Kyle Stowers, allowing Xavier Edwards to score. We struggled a bit early on, but Jackson Chourio provided a spark, doubling in the third inning and bringing home Eric Haase to tie the game. This boy sure knows how to shine when it matters!
The Marlins' Heriberto Hernández homered in the fourth, putting them back in the lead, but our Brewers didn’t let their heads drop. Notably, our defense and pitching staff kept it combined tight in the middle innings, preventing any further damage as Aaron Ashby and later Abner Uribe worked some magic on the mound.
A Dramatic Turnaround in the 8th and 9th
The 8th inning saw another clutch performance from Andruw Monasterio and Blake Perkins, managing to tie the game up at 2-2. Andrew Vaughn’s ground-rule double brought Perkins, who ran for William Contreras, over home plate to tie the game. You could feel the excitement bubbling in the stands!
Heading into the bottom of the 9th with tension thick in the air, the bases loaded, it was Blake Perkins again who stepped up with a single to center field, bringing Eric Haase home and sealing the deal for our Brewers!

Thanks to some strategic play-actions and patience on our end, and perhaps a sprinkle of that home-field advantage magic, we emerged victorious!
Brewers fans, it's wins like these that remind us why we love the game. It truly is never over until that last out! Let's cheer on our boys and keep this momentum going. Brew Crew all the way!
