Game Momentum
Things started off a bit slow in the first inning, with neither team managing to put runs on the board. Trevor Larnach gave us a glimpse of what's to come with a solid double, but we couldn't capitalize immediately. The bottom of the inning also saw Joc Pederson's sneaky attempt to steal second, which we successfully shut down.
Big 2nd Inning Blast
The second inning was where our bats really came alive. Carlos Correa and Carlos Santana started us off with singles, and Byron Buxton got hit by a pitch to load the bases. Then, Jose Miranda delivered with a clutch double, clearing the bases and putting us up 3-0!

Our defense and bullpen were on point, shutting down any Diamondbacks' attempts to rally. Stellar relief pitching from Staumont, Okert, and Duran left the D-backs scrambling. Henriquez closed it out in the ninth, securing our W.

Carlos Correa and Jose Miranda were absolutely unstoppable tonight. Correa had multiple hits and important RBIs, while Miranda's bat exploded early. Special shoutout to Will Castillo for his massive homer. The field was on fire!
